Booking Form submissions:

We don’t have a strict cut-off for bookings – you’re welcome to submit your booking form at any time. However, please keep in mind that if you book late in the term or close to your preferred date, your options may be limited. While we’ll always do our best to accommodate your requested times, late bookings may mean that only certain time slots are available.

We encourage you to book as early as possible to secure your preferred dates and times. If you have any questions or need help with the booking process, please reach out – we’re here to help.

Program Confirmation Emails Sent:
2nd last week of each term

Mentor/Schedule Finalisation:
No later than the 2nd last week of each term.

Progress Notes Shared with Schools:
Commences Week 3 of each term
