All positive and negative feedback is important – it can help us understand what is essential to our clients and improve the quality of service provided.

We have implemented an effective system for managing and, if necessary, resolving any feedback we receive and we will ensure that the person who gives the feedback has the opportunity to:

  • Remain informed of the feedback’s progress
  • Be appropriately involved in the resolution, if necessary
  • Be updated on implementing any relevant outcomes, including any action taken and decisions made.
