Program Confirmation Emails Sent:
2nd last week of each term (e.g., for Term 1, by 24 March 2025)
Mentor/Schedule Finalisation:
No later than the 2nd last week of each term
Progress Notes Shared with Schools:
Week 2 of each term (e.g., 5–9 May 2025 for Term 2)
